Territory Manor Motel & Caravan Park

We arrived after the office had closed because we booked at the very last minute, but getting our room key was easy. Our little cabin was cute, clean, and tidy, in a beautiful spot. We got to the bar just in time for dinner, with peacocks for company. The food was great, and I didn’t even mind the few friendly spiders keeping the bugs away. We’ll definitely stay again. Thanks for having us.

It was quiet and clean, and we had an okay stay. The bathroom had an odd smell, and there was no kettle in the room for a hot drink in the morning. There were no staff on site, which was a shame. The website listed cafe opening times, but they were wrong and it wasn’t open for breakfast.

I stayed in one of the rooms for three days in 2024. The pool is AMAZING, and the roaming peacocks are awesome. I had dinner at the bar. Take a morning walk down the highway to catch the sunrise. At night, keep an eye out for cane toads, snakes, and other animals.

We camped here with the kids and had the pool to ourselves. The service was friendly, the food was great, and the mushroom sauce was the best I’ve had. The pizza and Aranchini balls were divine, and the kids’ ice creams were well priced. The shower was the BEST in the NT for warmth and pressure. The kids enjoyed spotting geckos and seeing cane toads for the first time. There are spiders in their natural habitat, so cobwebs are to be expected. We liked being close to the thermal Pools while still away from the busy crowds. The only downside was some locals shouting and swearing near the parklands on our last night, which kept us up quite late.
