The manager handled the event badly, and I wanted to give it zero stars. He booked one court for 12 people for just one hour. The previous movie night was poorly managed too. Today's badminton event and all the other events were managed by Prerana Shinde, though, so these three stars are for her. Please change who manages the res life events.

Living at 339 Swanston Street (Jensen House, formerly UniLodge) has been amazing. Right in the city centre, it's hard to find fully furnished accommodation in Melbourne CBD at this price. The community is what makes it special. Our RAs, Prerna and Nacho, are always friendly and helpful. Tanay is just a message away whenever we need something, and our manager brings great energy. The monthly movie nights, bowling, sip & draw, game nights and other events keep things fun. Even if you're new or on your own, you won't feel lonely here. My friends in other apartments are low-key jealous! Huge shoutout to Prerna, she's awesome, like a true friend.

Working with the team at Student Living on Swanston has become a great relationship over the years. Joniec Plumbing is their first call whenever plumbing issues come up, and it's been genuinely wonderful working with them.

The location is good, but dealing with reception and management was awful. Calls were hung up on, and when they said they'd ring me back in a few minutes, I was left waiting because they never did. Asking reception for help got me a blunt response that they weren't responsible for helping with anything. Rats and mice also ran through the corridors. When I lost my key, I was ready to pay the $80 replacement fee, but they told me there were no spare keys. For the following week, I had to pay $30 each time someone opened the door for me. The Asian woman and the Asian man with glasses were especially rude, unhelpful, and careless.
