The concierge staff are good, and this isn’t their fault. The building corporation is slow and frustrating. Out of three lifts, one was broken for days, and they reserved one of the two working lifts for moving belongings. That left one lift for 45 floors with 13 homes on each floor, so the lobby wait could reach 30 minutes or more. I’m moving out when my lease ends, especially with COVID around. After two weeks, the broken lift still hadn’t been fixed. It felt like you could get to Caulfield faster than to your own apartment. Then they fixed that lift, but the third one stopped working, and we were told it wouldn’t be repaired until June.

We moved from New Zealand to Melbourne recently, and we’re very happy we chose this complex. Christos at the concierge has made the transition much easier with his advice and steady help. He’s cheerful, professional, and brightens our day. We feel lucky to have him in the community, and would recommend the place for its welcoming atmosphere and service.

I’ve lived here for three years, and about every six months one of the lifts breaks down. I feel for the people who bought apartments here. The building manager clearly doesn’t care.

I’ve stayed here several times with MSSA. It’s right downtown, across the street from Sounthern Cross Station and Coles, and Chinatown is close by too, with plenty of good food.
