The room was dirty and smelled unpleasant, and the on-call staff member spoke to us unprofessionally, using language that was unacceptable. They kept complaining that they had to travel an hour to let us in, which made us feel uncomfortable just for arriving. A very disappointing stay, and I wouldn't recommend it.

I booked the same apartment 10 months ahead, the spacious modern one with a river view from the balcony that I'd stayed in before. When I arrived, they switched me to an older, smaller place overlooking a concrete jungle and basically said I could take it or leave it. Dodgy people.

The place was clean, in a good location with a lovely view, and there were plenty of services nearby. It also felt very family-friendly. We arrived after the usual office hours, but someone called to confirm when we'd get there. A friendly gentleman then met us, showed us to the carpark, and explained how to find our room. We'd gladly stay again.

We had everything we needed in the apartment, and the location was great. The free tram zone is just a few metres away, with supermarkets nearby. Very happy with our stay at ACD Apartments.

The harbour view was beautiful, and it's in the best location. Our apartment was clean and nice, and the staff were really friendly and helpful.
