The second bedroom had no closet, which was inconvenient for business travel, and both rooms felt small. We booked a two-room unit. It was clean, simply and modernly designed, and fully furnished with what we needed. Customer service responded very promptly.

The apartment smelled bad and was dusty, and the on-call reception wasn't much help. Check-in and check-out were self-service, but getting instructions meant calling several numbers, and I had to do the same at checkout to get an invoice. This is a residential building at AKOM (36 LA Trobe St), not a commercial apartment, so there was no room service, daily cleaning, front desk, or view. I stayed three nights and wouldn't recommend it.

The transport links are good and it's close to the CBD, but the beds are far too small for two people. The two-seat sofa is so low that getting back up feels like it could break your back. It was reasonable otherwise, but I'd probably only stay again if I were travelling alone.
