We arrived to find crumbs on the dining chairs, food and rubbish under the bed, a bad smell, a large crack in the wall, and then a giant huntsman spider on the bed. That was the last straw, so we decided not to stay. A female staff member at the desk apologized and said a family with children had been in the room the day before, which she said explained the crumbs, food, and rubbish. She said she would honor a refund, but four weeks later I still haven’t received it. Staff have been avoiding me and cutting my calls off, and now the phone number is switched off. They need to renovate, hire cleaners, and employ honest staff.

What a hole. The apartments are run down and need a revamp, and seemingly nothing works. The dryer was broken, the dishwasher didn’t work, the shower was smashed, and kitchen gear was missing, which made it a nightmare to use. There are single power points everywhere that’ll turn your head in. It was filthy too, with funky smells and stains on the carpet and kitchen. Did I mention the stains?

The place wasn’t worth staying in. The toilets were disgusting, the carpets really dirty, and the shower water was freezing. I also saw a lizard on the wall, and there were creepy crawlers around. The service was very poor, the TV was broken, none of the lights worked, and the couches and kitchen were outdated.
