I’d stayed with this group several times, so I thought there might be some goodwill when I couldn’t use my third booking because of unforeseen circumstances. There wasn’t. They refused to offer a credit or let me book for a later date, and kept my $1200 for nothing. The whole experience felt unreasonable and inflexible. Self-interest and greed seem to run this company. Beware, they were not good humans in how they treated me.

Foxtel and the air conditioning worked well, and the beds were comfortable. But the internet never worked, and the 2Easy internet support numbers in the guest guide were disconnected. The furniture was so uncomfortable that we mostly ended up sitting on the bed instead of using the living area. There were odd smells near the hot water system, too. The unit felt a little worn, though it was good enough. It wasn’t really “boutique”, more like Airbnb. We were okay overall, but those problems affected our stay.

We really liked the apartment and its fabulous location. We’ll stay here again next time we’re in Melbourne. Thanks!
