The airport shuttle drivers are friendly, and having the service is handy, but our pickup took about 40 minutes. I called and was told 20 minutes, waited, then called again after that and was told another 20. The room was a decent size but not very inviting, and could use updated decor. There were scratches on the walls and doors. The door needed a push to lock and there was no door stopper. The bathtub doubles as the shower area, but it's too small. Removing the tub could give more space to shower. The toilet didn't flush properly. Toiletries were limited to shampoo, conditioner and a bar of soap. No body wash, cotton tips, toothbrush or toothpaste. Breakfast was $25 per person, with hot and cold options. Hot food was limited to eggs, bacon and hash browns. The cold choices were just cereal and fruit, and only those were buffet style. Hot food wasn't unlimited, and sandwiches, muffins and cakes cost extra. I was truly disappointed. It felt like a 2-star place rather than the advertised 3 stars. Reception told me it was 3.5 star! I wouldn't recommend this hotel and won't be coming back.

We booked this because it was cheap for a family of 4 and close to the airport, since we had an early flight for our holiday. It turned out to be unexpectedly good. The rooms were neat and clean, the service was excellent, and the restaurant was great. We really appreciated the secure car park, which we hadn't expected, as well as the shuttle bus. We'll be back and highly recommend it.

We've stayed at Ciloms a few times over the last few years, and the service has always been outstanding, efficient and easy. It's so handy for an early flight the next day, or for a relaxing night's stay after a holiday before driving home. The shuttle is always quick and simple, and I like having stairs as an option as well as the lifts. The pool is great too. We always get excited when we arrive because we're about to go on holiday. 🥳

The beds are comfy and the rooms are spacious, but they're pretty noisy. The carpet feels sticky and is pretty gross. Still, it's a comfy, cheap room near the airport, with a free airport shuttle and cheap parking.

The staff were nice and the airport shuttle was great. There was wet carpet in our room and a musty smell from it, so hopefully they get on top of that. The walls are thin, and we woke up because of people in nearby rooms. Earplugs would be a good idea. Actually a pretty nice place.
