I think some balance is needed when reading reviews, since they don't always reflect reality and can be used to push someone's agenda. I've lived here since 2011 and am very skeptical of reviews from past residents that appeared at the same time, around the departure of that concierge. From 2019 to 2024, different staff members told me outright that I was subletting my storage space for people to live in. In 2024 I was shown where the accusation came from: the favourite concierge had made a report about it back in 2019. There was no truth to it, but I was accused and harassed over it for years. Don't get me wrong, the concierge is a good person who occasionally liked to stir the pot. I felt it was important to add some balance.

I've lived in this property since 2017, and city tower feels like a second home while I'm far from overseas. Ali K is one of the best concierges I've met: friendly, talented, helpful, and always smiling. I really appreciate the time he spends giving me advice when I need help. Thanks as well to Anton and Jamie for all their support.

The building has been well maintained and feels safe throughout the almost five years I've lived here. It's also in a great spot, near supermarkets and trams, with the library and Boyd park next door. Ali and Jamie are always friendly and helpful to our family, including my five-year-old son. They're reliable and easy to talk to, and give good advice. Ali even went out of his way to help my husband carry a heavy item when he saw him struggling in the carpark.

We're sad to leave City Tower after two years. Ali made living here pleasant and was extremely helpful whenever we needed a hand. With Ali around, you're sure to have an enjoyable stay!
