The front desk team were patient and helpful, especially Caitlin, who kindly explained everything in detail. As first-time visitors to Boxhill, we found the apartment comfortable and clean, and its location made things easy, about a three-minute walk from Boxhill central. We’ll definitely come back.

Shops and places to eat were only a short walk away, which made the location really handy. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with everything I needed, and the staff were friendly and helpful during my stay at Box Hill Comfort Apartments. I had a lovely time and would happily recommend it and stay again 😊

Having a washer and dryer on site was convenient, but the sofa had a bad smell. I was bitten in several places by mites after sitting on it, and the towels had not been changed.

It was easy to get out and explore from here, yet the area stayed quiet enough for a good night's rest. My room was spacious, elegant, and very clean, and breakfast had lots of tasty choices with excellent coffee. The cheerful, attentive staff made me feel welcome from the start and kept things running smoothly. I was impressed by how thoughtfully everything had been taken care of.

The secure parking and the rooms, with their comfort, cleanliness, space, and conveniences, were all great. Reception was welcoming too. For such an affordable price, I’d highly recommend it.
