Breakfast was included and yum, and the private Sauna was excellent. From the Waters Edge room, the sunrise over the mountains was idyllic, with an amazing view of the Yarra Valley.

We were upgraded for free to an apartment with a private pool and sauna when we stayed for a wedding. It was beautiful, from the views to the service. Breakfast was delicious and arrived right at 9.30am, just as requested. We’ll definitely come back for a longer stay so we can enjoy the room and views more. Highly recommended 👌

The kids loved getting invited to feed the sheep and pony, and the pony ride was a lovely touch. Kim and Jake were wonderful hosts from the first contact. Jake welcomed us to a warm cottage with the fire roaring. Breakfast was fresh berries and freshly baked croissants. Such a great experience, we’d return in a heartbeat!

The room was spacious and clean, with a breathtaking view over the surrounding farms. Its dry sauna made the stay feel special, and breakfast was fantastic. Kim was remarkably generous and upgraded us for free to a room with a pool view, although it was $100 more expensive than our reservation. My wife and I had an amazing time and recommend this place. No wonder everyone gives it 5 stars, they deserve it!

We stayed in Waters Edge, which was spacious and furnished with quality decor and linen. The manicured gardens are spectacular, with Yarra Valley views all around, and Kim has a great eye for design. I first stayed at Dalblair a few years ago with a group of girlfriends, and Kim made us feel so welcome and was very accommodating. I came back last week with my husband and loved seeing Kim again and all the changes she’s made. Already looking forward to returning in 2022.
