The rooms could use a few small updates, and USB charging ports beside the bed would be handy. Even so, we had a pleasant stay and I'd gladly return. The staff were genuinely warm and helpful, and the hotel is conveniently located and good value for both short and longer visits.

We found Eden Bay quiet and well situated near both the beach and town, which made for a relaxing getaway. It was clean, comfortable, and equipped with what we needed. Check-in went smoothly, and the host communicated really well. We'd come back.

It was easy to settle in because Eden Bay was clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. The spot in Mornington felt peaceful while still being close to shops, cafes, and the beach. The host kept communication clear and smooth throughout. We'd happily return after this comfortable, easy stay.

The host was easy to communicate with, and check-in was straightforward. Eden Bay had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. It was quiet around the place, with the beach and town still close by. We'd definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay, and the location was ideal, near the beach and about a 20-minute walk from the shops. But the walls are very thin, as other reviews have said. You can hear neighbours talking, walking about, watching TV, and showering. Light sleepers may not find this a good fit.
