The tall concierge lady in the building should learn to smile and treat people staying in the apartment complex politely. A lot of people who live in the building would agree she shouldn’t be selective about who gets a smile. Her attitude is taller than the apartment complex itself!

Customer service is bad. The concierge service can be extremely poor, and the concierge, especially at night, seems lazy and doesn’t take much accountability.

Yash was knowledgeable and professional, but also friendly and approachable. I highly recommend him. His expertise made the experience very positive.
