After a terrible night at another Melbourne accommodation, Fawkner turned our holiday around. The staff went out of their way to check us in early and welcome us to a beautifully maintained serviced apartment. The place was spotless, getting around by public transport was convenient, and there was plenty of parking. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee and laundry facilities. A big thank you to the reception and housekeeping teams, who clearly care about keeping everything in such good shape. A delight to stay, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Melbourne.

We stayed for a month with our 10-month-old, and the staff made the place comfortable for us and were always happy to help. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely stay again, and highly recommend it.

The room was comfortable, with a desk for my laptop and a small kitchenette with cooking facilities. Shops are close by, and the nearby trains are easy to get to. Even being so close to Sydney road, it was quieter than I expected. The room was cleaned daily, and I enjoyed my stay.

The shower was one of the best I’ve used, with just the right water pressure and temperature. I was there for four nights for work, and the room was very clean, serviced daily, and had a comfortable bed. The area was extremely quiet, so sleeping was easy. Fawkner suited me well, with easy access to the main roads, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The room had the expected amenities, replenished daily when needed, plus TV casting so I could use my own Netflix, Prime, or other services. Great place to stay.

Deborah was such a kind and welcoming host, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is very central, and the room was quiet thanks to the double glazing. I also felt safe with the room’s locking system. It was freezing outside, but the room was warm and stayed that way all night. It was clean, comfortable, and had what a guest would need for either a short or longer stay. I’d definitely recommend it. What a great find, 5 stars!
