Just my personal experience, but I wasn't satisfied with the stay. The cleaning service didn't meet my expectations, though honestly the timing of my visit might have played a part. My room had a poorly patched paint job, and the shower head was held together with a zip tie. Little things like that make a difference. I'm not trying to put anyone off staying here, just sharing my opinion.

We stayed 8 nights from 6th Dec. The price was good, but Room 11 was very basic, and there weren't enough cleaning staff. Breakfast was the same every day. We were 3 in one room, with one queen bed and one single. The tub was so high I couldn't climb in to shower with my bad knee. I asked if we could change rooms and was told it wasn't possible. Giving us the last room, Room 11, felt inconsiderate. Of course, we are brown skin.

The room was really clean, and the bed was comfortable. I also liked the big, easy-to-use TV with internet access for Netflix and other streaming. The spa in every room is a big plus. I took off a star because there’s no microwave, so you can’t reheat anything.

The rooms have decent appointments, though they feel tired. Breakfast was meant to begin at 7am but didn’t start until 7:30, which wasn’t useful for us. They still advertise the Bistro even though it’s shut. Feels like a motel coasting on its old reputation while the current offering is poor.

Breakfast was served in the bistro, and the spa bath was awesome. It’s an older-style place, but nicely kept and very pleasant. Even on a main road, it was surprisingly quiet.
