Our family reunion was thrown into last minute chaos by a cancellation the day before we were due to arrive. The owner cited “unforseen” circumstances and gave no more explanation. They offered somewhere else, but it was a fair distance away and unsuitable. We got no reply to our messages or call about a refund, and the matter was eventually sorted through booking.com. Very poor communication.

Communication with the owner was poor. The oven and microwave didn't work, and they told us pots and pans would be available for cooking in the apartment while we were on holiday. That wasn't true.
