Jennifer, the onsite manager, was so kind and lovely to deal with. The apartment was reasonably priced and in an ideal spot, within walking distance of everything. Mine had a small balcony with a really cool view, and I was impressed by the size and the amenities, including a kitchen, bathroom and laundry. I'd stay again.

The apartment was a decent choice, with a comfortable bed and good equipment, and we were greeted by a very friendly woman. It was on the small side, though, and while it was clean, the cleaning didn't feel professional. Even little things like clearing the dryer's filter would help. Remember to arrange your arrival so the agent can meet you.

Jenny was really helpful, and getting in and out was simple thanks to the easy instructions. The place was quiet, with safe parking, and we enjoyed our stay. We'd book again and recommend it to anyone driving into Melb.

The flat was clean and seemed well equipped, and room 506 had spectacular views from its generous balcony, both day and night. But the bedroom is so tight around the double bed that you have to shuffle sideways to get past it. There isn't a reception, so you need to text a selfie and your license to get the key. We also couldn't work out how to enter the carpark and followed another car in.

Jenny was wonderfully friendly and helpful. She gave me clear directions for getting the keys, entering the building and finding the parking. When I left something behind, she arranged to have it returned to me. Great service.
