We love the bright, open layout at Aquabelle, and it’s clean, fresh and just right for a Rye getaway. The location on Point Nepean road makes it easy to walk to the beach and pier, shops, restaurants and service station. Check-in and check-out are very efficient, and the communication is clear and helpful. There’s an oven and cooktop, washing machine, microwave, hair dryer and wall-mounted TV with access to all streaming services. We’ve loved our stays and will be back soon for our fourth visit to beautiful Rye.

We had a great time and are already looking forward to coming back. The view was great, and the place was spacious, with a very clean kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. Parking was secure. There’s a bar and cafe just around the corner, and the pier made for a lovely, peaceful sunset walk.

The ocean view from Aquabelle 2 was wonderful, and the apartment was modern, amazing, clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable too. This was our second stay in the three-bedroom apartment, and we’ll definitely be back soon. Booking and checking in were easy, and Donna was professional, friendly and excellent at keeping in touch. We’ve stayed at Aquabelle twice in 2019 and twice in 2025. It’s cosy and comfortable, with everything included for a relaxing stay, and the location is perfect, within walking distance of everything. My only suggestion is to add curtains inside the main bedroom’s sliding doors to block the morning sun, since some days we need a sleep-in. Management was very friendly and helpful, and accommodated our extra requests. Thanks for making winter 2025 enjoyable!

The living area has excellent views, and the beach, pier and shops are close by. The bedrooms are at the back, away from street noise. The balcony plants were all still alive, and the kitchen was well equipped with enough basic supplies. Doing morning exercises on the floor made it easy to see that the cleanliness was reasonable.
