The best part was the wife locking the key in the van after 45 minutes in the spa on Sunday night, around 9pm and 5°, and then running around the whole complex nearly naked for something to break in with. Lucky we’re High Country tuff. Other than that, quirky unique idea. Cheers.

The bed and pillows were so comfortable, and the Airstream was clean and welcoming. We had a great little adventure for our 21st wedding anniversary. It’s also well located near public transport, and the free mini-bar plus vouchers for a few restaurants, mini golf and bowling were a lovely bonus.

The shower was roomy and had great water pressure, and the location is handy. Getting in was an experience, though we met other guests on the way and helped each other out. There are three short flights of stairs and no lift, which was manageable with my bad knee but I wouldn’t want to do it too often. The room felt tired and less luxurious than I expected. The bed was okay, though basically like a caravan bed, and the mini-bar was limited. I couldn’t work out where to point the air-conditioning remote or whether it worked, and the wall iPad was dead with no instructions. We didn’t see the coffee voucher some people mentioned. For the price, I’m sorry, I wouldn’t stay again.

The comfy bed and the fun pink shower were highlights. It was also nice arriving to a welcoming space with the air-conditioning already on and a fully stocked mini-bar. The extra vouchers for bowling, mini golf and coffee were generous. It’s a quirky, adventurous stay for a couple like us, and I can imagine it being great with a group of friends too.
