The staff were really friendly and helpful, and it was very quiet. Parking behind the secure gate was handy. The room was great, though the balcony door didn’t lock. It didn’t matter much since nobody could get in anyway. The bathroom was tiny too, but that was manageable if you lock the rest of your family out, haha. Very good price for three people, and I’d stay again.

We spent eight nights here on a work trip and had a really good stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the place was clean and tidy throughout. Housekeeping did a great job, and the management team were friendly and helpful. I’d happily come back.

It’s not the HILTON, but we were treated better than at most places costing over $300 a night that I’ve stayed in. The check-in was easy, the place was clean, and the managers were exceptionally welcoming and approachable. There’s secure parking onsite too. They also showed genuine concern about why we’d booked at the last minute. We’d been evacuated from our home because bushfires were directly affecting our property. The shower head was hard to manage and sprayed the cubicle better than the person using it. I told management at checkout, and they apologized and genuinely appreciated the negative feedback.

We stay here fairly often because it’s very convenient for the airport. The parking is secure behind gates, and although it’s on a busy road, there’s very little noise. The only drawback is the steep flight of stairs you have to climb to reach the rooms.
