The room was at 26 degrees with no airflow and no windows I could open. The air conditioning wasn't working that night, which I only found out after asking reception since nobody mentioned it at check-in. They said someone would come fix it within an hour. After going to eat, I messaged to ask when they'd arrive, but got no reply. An hour later I asked again and was told it was fixed. It still didn't seem to work: the room stayed in the low 20s, and I couldn't hear or feel cool air coming through. I barely slept. The bed and room were comfortable enough, and the price was reasonable. It's right by the airport, which is handy for an early flight.

Qantas booked us a room for the night, with meal vouchers, after we missed our international connection. Getting there on foot from the terminal was easy, and check-in was a breeze. The staff were friendly, helpful and patient. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked great for watching movies on Netflix and Prime. Dinner was easy to get, just a short elevator ride down to the lobby. The food was good quality and the service was perfect again.

The hotel looked more high-end than I expected, which was a nice surprise. After our long flight in from the U.S., it was a great place to relax overnight. The beds were comfortable, and the restaurant choices were fantastic. We ate at all of them. The cafe had a great cappuccino and excellent sandwiches. The Katsu Chicken Sandwich was so good!

The room was lovely, and even without a runway view I thought the view was nice. Staff were great at both check-in and the bar. I'm glad I stayed here the night before my early flight, and I'll definitely come back!

Nice hotel in a good location, with an excellent gym. Ask for a quiet room. Plane noise kept us awake all night, even with earplugs. We could hear planes taking off and landing the whole time.
