Abel made my stay at the brick spa and hotel feel calm, welcoming and friendly. They were so helpful, even suggesting places for me to visit. I've never had better care, support or guidance in my life. Some people in this industry really are there for their customers. Thank you, Abel. I can't recommend them enough.

We treated Mum to a Deep Tissue Massage, and she absolutely loved it. Our therapists were lovely and accommodating, and worked on all the right spots. We left feeling relaxed and at ease. The complimentary tea and spa tour after the treatment were a nice touch. The rooms are a little smaller than usual, but intimate and relaxing, and suit a solo treatment or coming with your mum, friend or partner. It's a unique, modern spa and hotel, not too far out of town, just a short drive from the CBD, with street parking available.

My right shoulder and neck had been hurting badly, and I couldn't sleep on that side comfortably. I had a 1.5-hour deep tissue massage at In the Brick Japanese Spa in St Kilda, and it's already getting easier to lie on that side again. My therapist, who I think was named Hinata, took time to understand the issue and work on it properly, rather than just giving a surface-level massage. She said it might take a couple of days to fully settle. She was professional, had great technique, and seemed to care about addressing the problem instead of just going through the motions. It was exactly what I needed, and I'd go back.

Tea of my choice to start and finish, with a pause in the middle to sip it. I had a wonderful time. The ambience, decor, aroma and therapy were all perfect. After a one-hour hot stone relaxation massage in the spa, I feel calmer and more relaxed than I have in the last three years. Highly recommend.
