After two nights without sleep, the friendly staff moved us to another room, but it smelled strongly of cat pee and was untidy, with spiders and hair. We needed somewhere for 10 days and had been taken in by the four star rating. This place used to be Quest, but isn't anymore. Our first room was roomy and had a modern bathroom, though it hadn't been cleaned: hair on the floor and scum and mould in the shower. There were signs of holes throughout the walls, and the carpet was worn and smelly. You could hear the residents next door all night, and the old pipes banged and clanged when they did laundry overnight. We eventually got a refund and went elsewhere.

The reception staff were the saving grace and did their best to help us. The rooms are roomy, but this isn't four star accommodation. The carpet wasn't laid properly, and the couch was old and worn, though comfortable. We stayed more than 10 days and the cut phone cable in our room was never fixed. It might do as a stopgap for a short trip or emergency accommodation, but it isn't business level. If you expect four stars from the name, you'll be bitterly disappointed.

The room was just okay. The aircon rattled badly, the bathroom door was broken on the outside, and the main door wouldn't lock from outside unless you used the inside lock. My drinks barely stayed cold in the fridge. Friends in another room had someone creeping outside and trying their door. The person ran off when I came over, then came back after I returned to my room. Avoid if you can.

There was plenty of off street parking, and the service was friendly and not too bad. The room could use a deep clean from top to bottom. During our two day stay, we did have hot water in our room, but other guests had used up the day's allocation before 6am on Saturday and Sunday.
