Lancemore Crossley Melbourne City Centre

The breakfast was amazing, and happy hour gave guests a chance to mingle. I needed a gym during our stay, and although Lancemore doesn’t have a full gym, they arranged access to Fitness First, just a five-minute walk away. The rooms were clean, spacious and the team were friendly and attentive. You can see how proud they are of their work. We spent 14 nights at Lancemore Crossley, and it was one of our favourite holidays, from booking and arrival through to departure. The price was in line with other places, but Lancemore included thoughtful details. I couldn’t fault it and highly recommend staying here.

The rooftop was a lovely spot for a quiet drink or two, and the bed was very comfortable. We appreciated the late checkout, parking, breakfast and happy hour. The staff greeted us with smiles, treated us so well and were glad to help with anything we asked. Fantastic place to stay, with a great location.

The location makes this an easy choice, right in the middle of things and within walking distance of bars, restaurants and cafes. It’s also very well priced for what you get. Our room at Lancemore on Crossley was modern, clean and thoughtfully arranged. It wasn’t huge, but had plenty of space for us. The complimentary drinks hour from 5-6pm was a nice bonus and gave the hotel a relaxed, sociable feel. Staff were warm and attentive from the moment we arrived without hovering. I’d happily come back.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff were great. They’d thought of little things too, like plenty of power points and body wash that smelled amazing. The hotel felt like a lovely retreat from the busy city, with restaurants, theatres and bars all around it. We had a great couple of nights and will be back.
