The room was a real letdown. It didn’t match the listing: mould on the shower curtain, peeling plastic on the vanity, a leaking sink, and a dirty floor with visible grime and a used floss stick. Housekeeping came in but didn’t even make the bed. The TV could be bigger, and the room and outside area both need a proper clean. And the noise, holy hell, bring earplugs. We stayed two nights. I spoke to Daniel when booking and he was lovely. We ate both dinners at the attached pub. My rump steak was cooked exactly how I ordered it, which was a first, and the free kids’ meal on Fridays is great. Tessa served us the first night and was friendly and did a great job. The attached play area was really handy.

My dad and I come here regularly and they’ve never let us down. The food is great, especially the new menu, and the staff are delightful. Makes for such an easy Friday night out with the family.

We had a good night with the family and would definitely come back. The food was so good we passed our compliments to the chef, and Tessa was a great waitress.

The staff really went out of their way to make things smooth and enjoyable for my elderly Mum and me. The service was excellent, and the beds were clean and comfortable. Meals and dessert were fresh and delicious, with generous portions. The location is great, close to the Airport. There’s a Sports Bar, Gaming Room, main and Bistro meals, plus a good-sized play area for kids. It ticks all the boxes, and we’ll definitely stay again 😊

The rooms are basic and dated, but they were spotlessly clean, warm, and had a comfortable bed. We enjoyed a meal one night, and the iron was much better than the one I have at home! We stayed for two nights. I’d read the reviews and packed earplugs, but traffic noise didn’t bother us at all. My one suggestion: leave clean cups during daily room service and provide a tea towel for drying them. Many thanks, regards Heather
