I stayed here with my family a year ago and won't come back. Two of the four lifts were in such bad shape that they were out of order, leaving residents to queue for the other two. The building management seemed poorly designed, and there was even a poster asking the owners to get the lifts fixed immediately. I asked for a refund because I didn't feel it was safe with young children in case of a fire, but they refused. Never coming back.

One staff member was extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked if she worked there because she was in casual clothes and had come out of the mailbox area. She looked disgusted, shook her head and walked off. Then I saw her go behind the counter and talk with the other staff, so she was reception staff.

The two-bedroom apartment gave our family plenty of space and had a lovely balcony. The city views were great, too. Light House Melbourne was affordable and convenient for us, and we really enjoyed the stay. I'd gladly recommend it to families.

The view was amazing and the room was so beautiful, I wish my partner, pet and I could live here. It also had a stovetop, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and full-size fridge.

If you're after a spa-style stay, this place has a lap pool, spa pool, sauna and steam rooms included in the room price. That's the experience I'd come back for. The pictures are from a one-bedroom apartment. Apparently, the two-bedroom apartments have views of rainbow bridge if you want a better view.
