If I could give no stars, I would. My family checked in late and found a dirty room that smelled so bad they had to spray perfume so they could sleep. When we came to pick them up the next morning, there were maggots in the room. We asked to move, but the place was booked out for the long weekend. A blowfly had come from under the bed the night before, so we moved the bed and found another maggot. I asked them to strip the bed, turn the base over, and check beneath the lining. When we returned that evening, the room smelled clean and looked better, but there was still another maggot on the floor. The window runners were full of dead bugs. It was too late to do anything then. The room was cleaned the next day, but after a hot day the smell returned and the family couldn’t sleep. The aircon didn’t work. They moved the bed again and found another 20 maggots underneath. I’ll update this with photos when they send them through. Refund their money, they’ll be contacting you. It’s disgraceful. I’ll be looking into who to contact to have the premises and restaurant investigated, because you shouldn’t be open to the public.
