I’ve stayed in plenty of short stay apartments and hotels since moving to Melbourne while I look for a rental, and I’ve never felt the need to rate one before. I’m just a consumer, but this business is run terribly and I feel others should know. They said my deal was so good that housekeeping couldn’t be included. Then when I left, they charged me $466.50 for cleaning. I’d been cleaning for myself for two months and even bought vacuum bags so I could keep doing it. I’ve never felt so insulted or robbed by a business. They waive fees and then double them when you leave, don’t keep in touch, and lose reservations. Poor form.
