I came here on my own for my birthday, and before my stay had even really begun, the way I was treated had already made things miserable. The customer service has been the worst, and the people I've had to deal with have been so inconsiderate.

We'd confirmed the booking a week earlier, but they canceled it because the previous guest extended their stay. We're leaving the country soon, so this is incredibly frustrating and unfair. Now we have to find somewhere else at a higher rate. I wouldn't book here again, the way they handle cancellations feels risky and unreasonable.

The staff at Corporate Keys were friendly and professional, and the building itself was excellent. It's also right by the river and the CBD, a great spot to stay in Melbourne.
