The team handled all my requests efficiently, and I’d use their services again. The room was spacious, practical, clean, and ideally located, with a great view, good soundproofing, and the amenities I’d asked for. The apartment matched what was promised. There were a few communication hiccups, but they were sorted out quickly. A good experience overall.

Friends had been raving about this apartment, so I tried it on a short trip from Brisbane to Melbourne. I was very happy with the service, and the room was big and clean with a great view. Mono gets five out of five from me!

At 150 AUD a night, this fully furnished apartment seemed reasonably priced, and it’s only a seven-minute walk from Melbourne Central station and many of the city’s main attractions. It’s right in the heart of inner Melbourne, with state-of-the-art equipment and a nice setup. Each apartment has a dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, full-size fridge, cutlery, stove, microwave, and oven. They even provide washing supplies like detergent. Just note that staff aren’t on duty on Sundays.
