The shower pressure could use some work, but I’d still gladly stay here again. My room was very well maintained, and the staff were friendly and efficient. The location was excellent, close to everything I needed.

This was my second stay, and I had a pleasant time. The food was very good, though a few more menu choices would be welcome. My room was comfortable, but the bathroom could be laid out better. The shampoo dispenser gets in the way, and there’s very little room to shower.

There’s plenty of food right outside, a shopping centre nearby, and parking underneath. The rooms look quite worn now, especially the bathroom, and are badly in need of a refurbishment. Cleaning could be better, too. Room service dishes left in the hallway after dinner were still there the next morning. In the lobby, people were putting rubbish through the slot in a white wall fixture. It was plugged in, so it wasn’t a bin, but it didn’t seem to get emptied during the few days I was there. Someone had left an ice cream or skewer stick in it, and it hadn’t been picked up.

The restaurant served good quality food, and the customer service was friendly and efficient. My room was a good size, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet. The location was good, too.
