Ocean View Holiday Home Near Beach in Mount Martha

The house was very clean, but several things fell short of what the listing promised. It said there was beach access, though in reality we had to drive about 3 km to get to the beach. That isn't direct access. The beds were extremely hard, and the so-called sofa bed wasn't usable in its layout. It was a single couch that opened at an angle, with four legs in the middle, and wasn't what I'd call a sofa bed. There were no handles on the toilet or one bedroom door, so those doors couldn't be used. The front door latch wouldn't open after the door shut, leaving us to enter through the garage. Outside, the table had a broken leg and was propped up with books, which felt unsafe, and the yard was unkept. At over $1,200 for two nights, this place wasn't worth the price.
