We come here regularly as a family and usually find the hotel comfortable, with kind and professional staff. Most of the team are great, but breakfast has been uncomfortable on several visits because of one staff member. She has short hair and glasses, and repeatedly rushes us, saying we have only a few minutes left and need to finish quickly. I’ve also seen her argue very aggressively with another guest. When she’s working, I no longer feel at ease at breakfast. I hope the hotel addresses the customer service there, especially with this employee. I’m sharing this because I’d like things to improve.

We spent nine wonderful nights at PARKROYAL Monash Melbourne. Our room was clean, the amenities were ample, and housekeeping did a thorough job. Sollesh at reception, if I got the name right, was friendly and helpful. We loved watching the sunset colours change from our room facing Princes HWY Service Road. There are two bus stops within walking distance, and M City Mall is right next door with lots of food options. K mart and Woolworths are only a few steps away. Thanks to the whole team.

The city views from our room were great, and the location made it easy to get to everything we wanted to see and do. Elbert and the team made check-in and checkout smooth and stress free, with accommodating, professional service. The rooms are quite small, and the pools and playground are shared with M-City residences. We had a fantastic stay and would recommend it for the convenience and hospitality.

We felt welcome as soon as we arrived at PARKROYAL Monash Melbourne. The spotless, modern room was comfortable, and waking up to the lovely view was a highlight. We were also delighted by the welcome treat: fresh strawberries, chocolates, cheese and crackers, and bottled water, all arranged beautifully. Many thanks to Allanah, Sailesh, and Ryan, who were warm, professional and made sure we had what we needed. We’ll definitely return.

We booked at the last minute after most places in our budget had sold out, and I’m really glad we found this hotel. The staff were friendly and professional. Our room took about ten minutes longer to be ready, but we didn’t mind, and they offered drink vouchers as a kind gesture. We hadn’t expected any compensation, but appreciated it. I’d stay again. Members can find some good offers through the GHA discovery app or website, and I’d recommend joining.
