Great location for food, transport and my work, and Punthill was a lovely place to stay. Scott greeted me at check-in, was friendly and happy to answer my questions. Luke's hospitality really stood out too. He was accommodating and helped me with so many things. Well done to the team, keep up the awesome service! 😊

The rooms are a good size, with plenty of extra amenities, and the location is ideal, right on a main tram route. I did find the bathroom floor odd, it holds water and the tiling needs a review. It was also hard to tell how often the room was being serviced, although it did get done. Late check-out options were very expensive, which is the one thing that would put me off.

Luke helped me when I checked in and was amazing, thanks again for all the help! The staff were really helpful in general. I stayed for a week and had a great experience. The room was clean, nicely decorated and had a good vibe, and there were lots of food options nearby. For parking, you can use the street or nearby spots. Street parking is usually free for 1 to 2 hours during the day, and free from 5 PM to 10 AM.
