We spent a week here as a family of three, in interconnecting studio apartments. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. We were comfortable and really enjoyed our stay. We’ll definitely come back. Highly recommended.

The kindness of the staff really stayed with me. The younger gentleman who helped me extend our stay and Blessing at reception were especially lovely. For the first time in a long time, I felt seen and valued as much as anyone else. As a long-term sole parent and unpaid carer, that meant more to me than anything a five-star hotel could offer. Thank you again. We stayed four nights, and it was genuinely hard to go home. The apartment was comfortable and spacious, with lots of natural light and plenty of room for suitcases and extra bags. The decor felt welcoming and safe to lounge in. The beds were comfy, the bathroom was in good shape, and the shower had great pressure. There was ample fridge and prep space in the kitchenette. It wasn’t perfect, but I honestly couldn’t fault the place. Everything was just what I needed. Bex😎

We stayed for nearly a month and found the location convenient for getting around pretty much anywhere in Melbourne. Blessing welcomed us and took good care of our requests and questions. We were glad to have her looking after us. The room was a little old, but very well maintained. I’d recommend it, especially for budget travellers.

The rooms and facilities were very good, with plenty of space and a full kitchen. I was given an accessible room, but the floor drain wasn’t working properly. Shower water didn’t go down the waste and flooded the whole bathroom, including the toilet and sink areas. I stopped showering before the water left the room. I reported it to reception, though I’d be very surprised if anything is done.
