After a long struggle with other hotels in the area, Quality Hotel really came through. The room was perfect and the service was the best I've ever had. The woman at the front desk, I think her name was jade, was helpful and understanding. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm in Melbourne.

The food is great, and Kylie in the bistro makes every visit better. She remembers our names, asks how we've been, and stops for a quick chat whenever she can. Her service is always outstanding.

I won't be coming back. You have to line up to order food and drinks, which feels more like an RSL Club than a restaurant. The food is overpriced and poorly done. I feel for the staff, who have to deal with disappointed customers. Calling this a restaurant is a stretch, it should be a bistro at most. Bring back table service!

All six of us enjoyed our meals, and the service was friendly, welcoming, attentive, and quick. The welcome drink and lollies for the mums were a lovely touch. We'll definitely come back.

Jed deserves a special mention, he's amazing. The food was delicious as usual, and I love the new bistro setup. The room was really hot today, though, and a few people were complaining about it.
