Quality Inn Baton Rouge

I was shocked this place has a 4-star rating. It feels like it needs a renovation and should be closer to 2 or 3 stars. The property is run down and clearly needs maintenance. I ruined my white shirt on their rusty iron, and the front desk couldn't give a s... Staff don't seem interested in making guests happy. I'd only stay here if I were desperate.

For the price, we were really happy with this hotel. The room was clean and roomy, the bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of parking. The shower pressure was good too :) I've paid more for worse stays.

The third-party platform I booked through had great customer service, but Rowville's response wasn't as good. Staff weren't very helpful with a third-party booking, so double-check the policy before you book.

I felt completely at ease about safety for my family and me, with cameras where needed across the property and 24-hour monitoring. The grounds were lovely to walk around, with a pretty view, and the room was spotless, comfortable, and spacious. It was modern and beautifully clean, with a huge ensuite. Staff were welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Fresh towels and linen were available whenever we asked, and customers can use the laundromat 24 hours a day. It was so affordable I was shocked. We felt we'd picked the perfect place, and we're definitely coming back. Five stars for the Rowville International Hotel. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
