The rooms were clean and well appointed, and the front desk attendant was friendly and helpful. But the location made for a terrible stay. Cars kept speeding past and drag racing despite the police station next door. We didn't hear a single siren to address the weekend noise from the high-performance cars. On Saturday night, a car parked nearby gave us a DJ set outside our room at 3am. Maybe impressive if I were in my twenties at a nightclub, but not when trying to sleep. I'd strongly recommend booking elsewhere because of the location. Thanks, Quest, for the care package on the bed with sleep tea and earplugs wishing us a pleasant stay. 🤦♀️

Great for a business trip. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, with a small kitchenette, and the cleaning and service staff were welcoming and helpful. It's a long way from the CBD, but the hotel is right next to the caroline springs shopping center, with plenty of shops and dining within walking distance.

The team at Quest Caroline Springs were especially accommodating when a family emergency meant I had to change my stay. They were friendly and empathetic, and I really appreciated it. My room was spacious, spotless and comfortable, and the price felt like amazing value. I'd happily stay again and recommend it.

There's parking and a shopping centre next door, with lots of restaurants nearby and a walking track beside the lake. The staff were lovely. Special thanks to Amy for the guidance and restaurant tips, and for a nice friendly chat. Quest Caroline Springs is highly recommended.

The room itself was nice, but the bathroom design was baffling. Turn the sink on full and the water pressure makes it look like you’ve pissed yourself. The shower also leaks onto the floor, with more water ending up out there than going down the drain. Absolute stupidity. There was a problem with the booking payment too. I gave my card details to book and pay, then weeks later, when I arrived, they asked me for the money again. Just so you know.
