Chloe was especially good at handling my questions and concerns, and the whole staff welcomed guests with real professionalism and friendliness. I’ve worked in hospitality, and Quest Glen Waverley is setting a strong example for its other franchises. The rooms were clean on arrival, cozy, and spacious. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Melbourne or the surrounding area. I’d give them 10 stars if I could, and I’ll definitely be back.

I spent two weeks here and would happily return. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room spotless, and it was well maintained with modern furnishings. It had a fully working kitchen, washing machine, dryer, and even an iron. The staff were always friendly and ready to help. The location made getting around easy: the bus stops right outside, and it’s about a 5-10 minute walk to shops, restaurants, a cinema, bowling, the large Glen shopping centre, and the train station for Melbourne.

Ben, Ana, and another woman at the front desk were fantastic, helpful, and professional. Sorry I can’t remember the third person’s name. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it to friends.

This Quest suited us perfectly again. The rooms were quiet and clean, with enough space and amenities for us to manage comfortably on our own.
