Getting around from here was easy, and the location suited us well. The room was comfortable, spotless and thoughtfully set up with everything I needed. The bed was especially cosy, and I noticed the care in the details. Staff were warm, professional and helpful from the time I arrived, and check-in was smooth. I had a wonderful stay, felt welcome right away, and would happily come back or recommend the hotel to visitors in the area.

I needed somewhere to stay between house moves, and this place was a godsend, especially during a week with two days over 40 degrees. The air conditioning kept me comfortable, the bed was good, the bathroom was lovely and everything was clean. I was a bit frazzled from moving, but the Quest staff made things feel effortless. Whenever I had a question, everyone was genuinely friendly and easy to approach. Very welcoming, and an easy recommendation.

Arthur showed me around the fully equipped conference room and the other facilities, then continued the warm welcome over coffee and a lovely conversation. This would be an ideal spot for events, with a quiet suburban setting. The hospitality started even before I got to reception: a staff member rolling out the rubbish bin greeted me with a friendly smile and hello, and the welcome continued at the desk. That old-fashioned warmth and customer service are alive here. I highly recommend the venue.

We booked two rooms, both spacious, clean and tidy, with fully equipped facilities. The staff were warm, friendly and professional, and the location was a real plus, with the tram stop, sports centre, cafés and restaurants all nearby. I stayed at Quest Mont Albert for 1.5 months and felt almost as comfortable as I would at home. The service made it a genuinely enjoyable, memorable stay. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back.

Ruchela, the General Manager, made the weekend special with her welcoming, friendly manner. From the time we booked until we arrived, she went out of her way to make our stay perfect. I hope the owners appreciate her. The room was lovely and very clean, and the beds were so comfortable. We’d originally booked Quest Mont Albert because it was close to the wedding and reception my two friends and I were attending, but we’d stay again for any reason in Melbourne. The tram into the city goes right past the hotel. I also found out it’s dog friendly, so next time I can bring my fur baby. A big thank you for a weekend to remember. I can’t recommend Ruchela and The Quest highly enough.
