The whole property felt calm and luxurious, and our spacious room had a beautiful view. After a long day exploring, the massage and sauna were just what we needed. The spa and wellness centre are outstanding. We left feeling happy and refreshed.

Adele at reception made me feel welcome straight away and was wonderful about my early arrival, which came sooner than expected. The apartment was comfortable and easy to settle into, and the location was really convenient.

We spent about four months at Quest Narre Warren after flood damage to our house. Luca, the manager, was caring, diligent, and always helpful. The rooms, service, and location all worked perfectly for us. Quest Narre Warren was great.

A week before my mate's wedding, they cancelled the room I'd booked for it. There was no phone call, just an email with a poor excuse. Someone told me it was because a basketball tournament was in town. If that's what happened, it's really poor.
