The only letdown was that room service came just once during our four nights, so that's why I'm giving it 4 out of 5. Otherwise, it was a great experience. The place was extremely quiet, with no noise at all, and very relaxing. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. It had everything we needed, including toiletries and a hair dryer.

Bea was especially helpful, arranging the late check-in and keys and keeping me promptly updated. The staff were great too. The location is perfect, in a quiet, serene neighbourhood tucked within a golf course, with Coles and food shops nearby. My room could have used an iron and ironing board. Highly recommended.

Stayed two nights and can't complain. The apartment was clean apart from a few small stains on the doona, and having a full kitchen was good.

The cancellation policy made for one of the worst service experiences I've had. There was no sympathy or understanding of what the other party needed, just greed. They could have kept part of the booking fee instead of taking the whole amount. Utterly disgraceful.

I left within 30 minutes and was still charged the full amount. I explained why, but the company showed no empathy or consideration for my feelings or needs. They didn't try to understand or resolve the issue, just bluntly said they couldn't help. It felt greedy and unethical.
