Clean and good, and comfortable for a family of five. Parking is available, but there's no lift, so you'll have to carry all your luggage up to the third floor yourself. Reception is in a different place, not in the building, so in an emergency you'd have to rely on the phone. Overall, a good stay.

For business travel, this hotel is amazing and well priced. It's right in the heart of the business district, with large, clean rooms and plenty of cafes and supermarkets within walking distance. Highly recommend.

Great place in a great location. The only real drawbacks are the tram noise, for which the windows need double glazing, and the lack of lifts, which makes it unsuitable for people with accessibility issues. Apart from that, perfect.

The service was great and the apartments were nice. We liked our stay and found the comfort okay. For a luxury experience, you'd be better off looking at other hotels.

The accommodation was clean and good. Given the price, though, they should provide more Wi-Fi data per day in each room.
