10/10
It was an easy, stress-free stay, and the little touches stood out. The air-conditioning was already running when I arrived, so the room felt comfortable right away. The room was a good size, with a small table that worked perfectly as a desk. There's also a washer and dryer in the building, which is a big plus when travelling for work. I stay in hotels regularly for business, and getting an invoice can be surprisingly difficult. Southbank processed my payment and emailed the invoice automatically straight away, with no chasing or hassle. Highly recommend.

The apartment was comfortable, clean and well equipped, but the hot water was a real problem. They fixed one shower, while the other stayed lukewarm, so we ended up boiling the kettle to wash up. Getting into the bath also felt unsafe for us as older guests. We were there over New Year in a two-bedroom place, and the price had soared. With no room service either, it felt unreasonable, and we’d look elsewhere next time.

The front office team were the standout, friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and good value for the location, and we stayed for two nights earlier in the year. We’ll surely come back.

We had plenty of room in the two-bedroom apartment, and the bed was so comfortable that I slept really well. The staff were friendly and helped us with everything. It was amazing staying here with my family, especially with everything within walking distance.

The patio was lovely for a bit of fresh air, though the only view was a tree. Inside, the room was clean and had what we needed. We’d booked a twin, but the pull-out bed hadn’t been made up, and it wasn’t a full-size single, so my feet hung over the end. The bed was harder than I’m used to in a motel. Parking was another drawback, with few guest spots and very tight spaces to manoeuvre around.
