The apartment was clean, modern and comfortable, with a proper kitchen, plenty of living space, good parking and a great view over the pool and lake. The location also made getting where we needed to go easy, and the front desk team were friendly and accommodating. The spa heater was out, which was a big letdown since the spa was one of the main reasons I booked after a big competition that weekend. Other reviews suggest it had already been an issue for over a month. There were a couple of small maintenance problems too, including a toilet cistern that jammed, and clearer signs around the complex would help visitors who don't know the area. Still, we had a really good weekend. If the spa is fixed, I'd be very happy to stay again.

We had some of our best sleep here thanks to the new mattresses. I met the owner while he and his team were replacing the mattresses and bed frames in all the apartments. He seemed like a lovely man who really cares about guests. Sofia (from Argentina) at reception also went above and beyond, arranging the room we wanted and a birthday surprise for my son, who turned 13 while we were there. This was my third stay in two years, and it was just as good as usual. My husband, kids and I had a spacious, clean two-bedroom apartment over two levels, with two toilets, two showers and two TVs. The kitchen and laundry were well equipped, and the location and views were incredible. The kids and I often walked around Jawbone reserve. We'll definitely be back soon. Thanks, Quest Williamstown.

The walks right by the property are gorgeous, and the location is fabulous. But our spa was broken, which was frustrating because that was why we chose Quest. I also tripped over a sprinkler sticking out of the ground at the end of one of the stepping-stone paths to the pool. I'm partially blind, and after that I noticed several paths had sprinklers placed awkwardly beside them. It's a serious trip hazard. If the pebbles need watering, the sprinklers could be moved farther from the last stepping stone and made more visible.

The reception team were amazing, and the one-bedroom apartment was roomy, with a handy washer and dryer. The bathroom was huge and the shower had a decent amount of water pressure. The apartment cleanliness was the one thing that let the stay down. We'd still stay again, and thanks for the great customer service.
