Helen and Rachel were absolutely lovely and amazing. The apartment had everything we needed and was within walking distance of the casino, shops and transport. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. We really enjoyed our family stay at Platinum Apartments and will definitely choose it again on our next Melbourne visit. Highly recommend.

The location in the city is the only good thing about this hotel, and the apartment view is nice. The service was poor. There was no heater in the room, and the AC wasn't working. Melbourne in winter without heat was a terrible experience, especially since they hadn't left any extra blankets. The room was very dusty and the linens looked old. Not worth what we paid.

The balcony views were stunning, and the location was brilliant. We spent 5 wonderful nights at Platinum Apartments. The apartment was modern, very clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Check-in and check-out were easy, and questions were answered quickly. We’re already looking forward to staying again.

We had a really enjoyable child free weekend with another couple. The apartment was great, and the building had good facilities. We could relax there, use the pool, gym and BBQ areas, then head over to Crown and Southbank. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. We’d definitely return, with the kids or without them. The apartments seem like they’d work well for families too. Highly recommended for a Melbourne stay!
