We’ve stayed at the hotel before and had another enjoyable visit. Since we were arriving very late, they made it easy by putting the room key in a lock box and sending the PIN details ahead of time. They also accepted PayID for the $100 security bond. Staff were kind and brought us what we needed, including extra towels, tea, coffee and biscuits. The room had a large, comfortable bed with extra pillows and blankets, a spacious shower with good pressure, and a kitchenette with everything we needed. Thanks for another great stay.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with everything I needed, and the whole property was spotless. I also enjoyed the clean pool and relaxing lounge area. Breakfast was fresh, full of flavor and had plenty of choices. The location was perfect for getting to the main attractions, and the staff were always ready to help with genuine hospitality. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

We weren't happy with room 4. It smelled of urine, and the bedroom walls, carpet, ceiling and bins were all very dirty. The paint was peeling too, and the sink had no hot and cold buttons. We told the office, but they didn't seem to know about the room's condition.

After three months of paying weekly, I ran into a problem with my bank and said my payment would be just one day late. I'd usually been happy to pay cash a week ahead, but the receptionist told me rudely to pack up and leave. She didn't want to hear why the delay was out of my hands or consider that I'd booked for weeks. She wanted the money immediately. She even came into the room and started cleaning while I was still packing, and kept hurrying me along. It felt like they cared about money more than long-term guests. Really sad.

A really bad place to stay. The rooms are poor quality, the atmosphere wasn't for me, and the staff were rude. They charge for everything, so watch out.
