Scape Living At Franklin

My year with Scape has been smooth, comfortable and fun. There are lots of monthly events to join, but you'll need to book early or they'll sell out. Rooms and shared spaces are small, which I understand for student accommodation. I've lived in several student places in my home country, and these rooms are pretty standard. The beds may even be bigger than those in other student accommodation. Reception is friendly and always ready to help or answer questions. Keep it up!

The shared spaces are a real plus here: there are lots of places to study, a proper gym, and areas to hang out with people. They put on plenty of events too, which makes it easier to meet others and feel part of the community. My room is small, but it’s thoughtfully laid out and has what I need. I’ve been living at Scape Franklin and it’s been a good student option, convenient and well equipped.

I’ve been at Franklin for three years and have really loved my time here. The place is well cared for, and management is attentive. Fotis has been especially supportive from the beginning and is always ready to help. It’s a great place for students in Melbourne CBD, and I appreciate all the team has done for me. Thank you!

The views from the windows take in the whole city, and hot air balloons often show up in the morning. I’m from China and have made lots of friends here. The staff are mostly helpful and know their stuff, though a few can come across as rude. Fotis always helps me with rent payments and jokes around, while Marli has helped me settle into the country. Laundry is pricey, but still easier than going somewhere else. I’d love more low cost events, and breakfast or cooking at franklin on days besides Thursday would be nice.
