Seasons Heritage Melbourne

Racing cars 🏎️ will kill your appetite, and the carpet has mould, so be ready to breathe that in. It’s an old, unrepaired block of cold rooms. If you email for help, they’ll leave you hanging. The receptionist does nothing and is rude when you ask questions, so don’t bother calling. Customer service is bad, and management just keeps saying sorry without doing anything. There’s no security or safety. I saw enough blood 🩸, and people knocking on doors seems normal. I wasted money thinking it was close to the city and work, and got sick of the whole experience. Hope you enjoy your survival stay.

I’m not sure, but it seems like this hotel may be closing, so check before booking. When we were outside late on Saturday, some guests were locked out and couldn’t get to their rooms. One man had to stay at a friend’s place, and another group had to book a different hotel for the night. The front desk was behind a locked security grille, with no staff on site.

The first thing that bothered me was the $200 bond at check-in. The woman said I’d get it back after checkout once the room was cleaned and everything was in order, but didn’t explain why it had to be so much upfront. It’s more than the nightly room cost, and I’ve never come across that before. For the same price, you can find much better hotels without paying a $200 bond. I’m glad I’m only here for 1 night. The room doesn’t meet 4-star standards. The mattress is cheap and I can feel the springs in my back. It looks out at the office building across the street. Hot water takes a very long time to come through the shower. The kitchen has a sink, 2 spoons, a mug, and lots of empty shelves, but no microwave. There are no bathrobes or slippers either.

They charged us an extra 30$ over a small food stain, which is completely unacceptable. There’s no customer service and they don’t provide anything. We had only a very thin blanket in the cold weather. I don’t recommend booking here at all. No service, so don’t book a room.
