Good views and transport, but that's about where the positives end. We paid 830.00 for 3 nights, which was way too much for what we had to put up with. The place was very dirty, with hairs in the bed sheets and master ensuite, and sticky liquid across the floors. I took photos and sent them to management. It's confusing because it also comes under Rose Lane. With all the reports on different sites, you'd think the owners would do something, but they obviously don't care. Dealing with them about our complaints was another ordeal. Don't put yourself through the grief, there are better options in the same location. Be warned...

The place was so dirty that we didn't use any of the glasses or cutlery. Even so, they kept our deposit, saying we'd broken a glass. The general cleanliness was poor, just as other people's reviews said. Go somewhere else and save yourself from being conned.

The price was really good for the location, right opposite southern cross station, with a tram stop outside that runs along Collins Street. That's all I'll say, though, they should spend more on a better cleaner 😐😐
